𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝘀 𝗨𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 👇

My brain doesn't always make being a musician easy. 😂

A few things that help:

✔️ I keep my studio ready to go at all times

If inspiration shows up, I want to be making music within minutes, not setting up cables and plugins.

✔️ I finish tracks before I think they're ready

Perfectionism has killed more songs than lack of talent ever will.

✔️ I track everything visually

Ideas. Songs. Content. Goals.

If I can see progress, I'm much more likely to keep going.

✔️ I go for long walks when I'm stuck

Some of my best ideas have come from getting away from the computer.

✔️ I invest in coaching

Not because I can't figure things out myself but if you can afford to spend time with someone who has made it, it will save you time.


✔️ I keep most of my goals private

I've found it's easier to build momentum when you're focused on the work instead of explaining the work.

None of this is revolutionary.

I've just learned that discipline isn't about forcing yourself, it's understanding yourself.
