Looking back, I realized how many daily habits were making it harder to create music 👇 1. Checking social media first thing drained my best creative energy. 2. Waiting for inspiration often meant less finished music; creativity usually sparked once I started. 3. Juggling too many projects killed momentum; focusing on 1-2 songs at a time was key. 4. Constant notifications broke my creative flow; turning them off made a difference. 5. Pushing through exhaustion in the studio wasn't productive; a break often brought fresh perspective. 6. Getting stuck in tutorial loops instead of creating; balance learning with applying, and only search for answers when truly stuck. 7. Forcing discipline was less effective than building systems that made starting easier and led to more consistency. I've learned that success isn't about fighting your brain, but creating an environment where it can do its best work. I seek ease and find it.
