## Caption

Last night marked the first round of the playoffs for Class 5A and 6A teams (the two largest classifications) in Texas. Vandegrift defeated Austin High 45-24, making the team 10-0 all-time in bidistrict playoff games. It was interesting for me because I was there in November 2011 for the Vipers’ first playoff win, in just their second season of varsity football.
