Greatness is built on the days you don’t feel like showing up. 🏀

Last night, I wanted to go to the Jamboree. I had eve by ry intention of going.

Then the players hit me up: “TY, let’s get some work in.”

So we went to the gym.

That’s the part people don’t always see. Everybody wants the results, but greatness comes from choosing the work when you could easily choose something else.

And as a coach, I can’t ask my players to sacrifice, stay disciplined, and put the work in if I’m not willing to do the same.

They called. We worked. Simple as that.

The work don’t stop.

Save this for the days you don’t feel like showing up—and share it with somebody chasing something bigger. 💯🏀
