Beach mornings, a fun workout, and the kind of refuel that actually hits 💪 this was the Ka’Chava Wellness Tour stop in Montauk, and I had a blast.

Strawberry flavor was obviously the move post-class. kachava is an all-in-one nutrition shake packs 25 grams of protein and 85+ superfoods, nutrients, and plant-based ingredients into every scoop. It’s so simple, so delicious, and so beneficial. One of the best parts of my daily routine.

The tour isn’t done yet so follow KaChava to catch it near you next.
