The jury in the Lindsay Clancy case is just days away from deliberations. On Monday, the judge gave them a stern warning to disregard what they heard in court. A prosecution rebuttal witness made a controversial statement in court, prompting Clancy’s lawyer to demand a mistrial, which was denied. NewsNation Senior National Correspondent Brian Entin, who was inside the courtroom, and criminal trial attorney Mark Eiglarsh explain what happened.
