## Caption

An hour of working out condensed to a minute and a half. This “super sprint” helped me shake off nerves and now I feel more confident going into my race next weekend. The transitions were a little funny running back to my apartment between each discipline but it was a great way to get into the groove of it. I am now just a little less nervous for race day 😂
