Chicken Caesar Wrap has been on my list for a long time!  While we love a traditional oil based Caesar dressing, for a wrap we had to go with Creamy Caesar!  Let’s see what the Bob Does Sports boys think of it! Have a Day! @bobdoessports @Brilliantlydumb  Keys to a great Chicken Caesar Wrap 1) Big Tortilla, great quality, heat it up a bit to make it fit a big serving 2) Season the chicken well!   3) Fresh Romaine and chop it fine, I don’t want big pieces of lettuce to deal with 4) Creamy Dressing and plenty of it 5) Finely grated parm and more than you think in the dressing  6) Make your own croutons, the crunch and flavor is worth it 7) Mix all ingredients in a bowl then add to tortillas 8) Finish on the griddle for some added crunch to tortilla and it holds it together 9) Does not travel great…..make it and eat it Recipe Details  **Romaine Lettuce, clean it, dry it, chop it fine **1 Chicken Breast seasoned with Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder.  **Cut breast into cutlets or pound it to thin consistency.  Should only take 4-5 a side to cook. Let it cool, chop into small bites **Dressing. 1C Mayo, 1T or Anchovy Paste or 3-4 Anchovies, 1T Dijon Mustard, 1T Worcestershire Sauce, Juice 1/2 Lemon, Zest 1/2 Lemon, 1C + Parmesan Cheese, 3-5 Cloves Garlic minced, Salt and Pepper to taste, at least 1/4tsp of each **Croutons:  Cut up bread of choice, we used Sourdough.  Season with garlic powder and plenty of olive oil or melted butter.  Oven 400 for 10-12 minutes on sheet pan w parchment paper **1 head of Romaine will make approximately 3 Chicken Caesar Wraps.  1 small chicken breast per wrap about 6 oz **Enjoy! #chickencaesarwrap #caesardressing #bobdoessports #3piecesofpecan #fyp
