It’s official! The 2027 Lake Forest Showhouse & Gardens is coming this spring, and we couldn’t be more excited to begin bringing the next Showhouse to life.

For nearly 40 years, the Lake Forest Showhouse & Gardens has brought together incredible designers, landscape professionals, sponsors, and our community, all in support of IWS Family Health. Now, we’re looking for the talented teams who will help us create what’s next.

Designer and landscape applications are officially open. If you’re interested in being part of the 2027 Showhouse, head to our website to apply. Applications must be submitted by **October 1, 2026** to be considered.

Interested in becoming a sponsor? We would love to hear from you. Sponsorship inquiries are also now open through our website.
