First time making pastrami beef ribs and I regret not making them sooner 😂 
 
They were so good! Beefy, smokey, delicious bark on the outside and classic pastrami on the inside. I used the pastrami kit from girlscangrill to make the process easier. It comes with everything you need to make these at home.
