Head Coach Charles Smith is looking for a driven, motivated Assistant Coach to join the City of Birmingham Rockets coaching staff for the 2026/27 BCB season on a voluntary basis! 🔴⚪

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real experience within British Championship Basketball and work closely alongside our coaching setup.

What You’ll Be Doing:
📋 Scouting: Opposition analysis & player reports

📹 Video Analysis: Breaking down game and practice footage to identify tactical trends

🧠 Practice Planning: Designing and running practice sessions

📊 In-Game Strategy: Bench strategy, matchup management, and real-time adjustments
