🏊‍♂️ THE KIDS HAVE SPOKEN. 😂

Today, kids in #Etobicoke North gave me their own list of demands:

“Nathen, build us pools in the parks!”

Okay kids… I can get a lot done—but I'm not putting a swimming pool in every park. 😂

But listen to what they're really telling us: they want more places to play, move, swim, meet friends and actually enjoy their neighbourhood.

That's a local issue. And it's sad how little attention ideas like this seem to get after years of the same old politics.

It fits directly into my Bio Harmony Toronto™ vision: better parks, splash and water features where feasible, recreation, sports, beautiful landscaping, cafés, promenades and public spaces that make families actually want to spend their day outside.

Dubai ambition. Copenhagen functionality. Singapore-level thinking. Toronto nature.

I've lived and worked internationally. I know what works, what doesn't—and yes, I've got taste. 😂

And kids? I spent years working with Garfield and cartoons. Trust me, I know my audience.

The best part was the ending.

I told them, then you better scream my name while their parents explained to me every issue in Ward 1. 

“WE WANT NATHEN!” 😂❤️

That's the Toronto I want to build: a city children are excited about too.

The Old Guard's had its turn. Let's build theirs.

Youth is an asset, not a liability.
