Social engineering is the hardest threat to demonstrate. For Adaptive Security at #blackhat2026,  it looked like this. Social engineering is the hardest threat to demonstrate. You can describe a phishing simulation, but showing one live in the room to an audience of people who run security programs for a living is a different brief entirely.

We built a 20x20 environment designed to close that gap, anchored by live robots in active combat, making the AI-on-AI nature of modern social engineering defense visible to anyone standing in the room.
