One month ago, Tîm Cymru won their first medal of the competition, through elaffion26 Personal Best swim, which kicked off the swimwales campaign for the glasgow_2026 games 🥈

We also saw the Women’s 4x100m Freestyle Relay Team (becsuttonn, Meghan Higgs, Sophie Davies, theodorataylor) set a new Welsh Record in the pool! 🌟

We also saw the start of the IV Mixed Para Bowls and the Artistic Gymnasts in action for the first time 💪🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
