Born with a skull deformity, Butters (butterstheduckandfriends) is helping show kids that being different is something to celebrate. Alongside her person, Katie O’Donnell (a #respiratorytherapist at our #Oakland hospital), Butters has become a familiar face at schools, hospitals and community events throughout the Bay Area.

When Katie adopted Butters, she saw an opportunity to fill a very special niche. And with her unique appearance and big personality, Butters has been waddling her way into hearts ever since! ❤️
