At Japanese Restaurant SENSUI, “Autumn Story” unfolds in three chapters, each celebrating the beauty of Japan’s seasonal traditions.

The first chapter, September, is inspired by the Chrysanthemum Festival, one of Japan’s most prestigious seasonal observances with ties to imperial culture. This spirit is reflected in an elegant kaiseki menu, marking the refined start of autumn.
