Brother Rice alumni Nick Niego ’23 and Joe Niego ’26 have spent their entire lives competing alongside each other, and now they’ll finally have the opportunity to be official teammates at the University of St. Francis.

After a standout senior season for the Crusaders, Joe will join his older brother Nick and the Fighting Saints for the 2026-27 season.

A special next chapter for two Crusaders and the Niego family. Congratulations, Nick and Joe — we can’t wait to see you take the court together!
