This has been working so well for busy mornings lately 🙃
I prep a few of these ahead of time, freeze them, and then just blend one up when I need a quick breakfast.

MAPLE PANCAKE SMOOTHIE (Freezer Prep)
Add to a 24 oz cup:
• ½ cup pancake mix
• 2 Tbsp peanut butter
• 2 Tbsp maple syrup
• 1 egg
• 2–3 pre-cooked sausage links
• Ice

Freeze until ready to use

When ready to make:
Dump contents into a blender
Add 1 cup milk
Blend until smooth
Pour back into cup and enjoy
