Our patio is officially summer-ready #ad ☀️
A few colorful touches from the Mainstays by Becky G & Alejandra collection at @Walmart completely transformed the space—and of course, I had to break it in with a chips + salsa night 🍹🌮

I used the melamine serving bowl for chips, the 3-section condiment tray for salsa, guac, and queso, and the plastic tumblers for our frozen virgin margaritas (so fun and kid-friendly).

Here are the recipes I used:

BLENDER SALSA:
 – 1 (14.5 oz) can whole peeled tomatoes
 – 1 (10 oz) can tomatoes with green chilis
 – ½ white onion
 – 1–2 cloves garlic
 – 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
 – Handful of cilantro
 – Juice of 1 lime
 – ½ tsp salt
 – ½ tsp cumin
 Blend gently (leaving some chunks) and refrigerate to let the flavors meld!

FROZEN VIRGIN MARGARITAS (serves 6):
 – ½ cup lemon juice (about 2-3 lemons)
 – ½ cup lime juice (about 3-4 limes)
 – 2 cups orange juice
 – ½ cup agave or simple syrup
 – 5 cups ice
 Blend until slushy and enjoy!
