Why do all my kids charge their phones in my bedroom?

Because good sleep matters more than screen time.

Research shows that kids and teens who charge their devices in their rooms:
• Sleep less
• Fall asleep later
• Have more interrupted sleep

A simple charging station in my room solved all of that. It creates a natural boundary—and gives us a chance to connect before bed without distractions.
Bonus: No late-night scrolling or sneaky YouTube watching.

Comment “charging station” and I’ll send you the link to this one that we have and love.
