Having a homemade meal ready to share at a moment’s notice is such a gift. 💛 This Hawaiian Chicken Bowl freezer meal is one of my favorites—not just for my own family, but to drop off to a friend who could use a little extra love.

It’s packed with tender chicken, fresh pineapple, and a flavorful sauce that all marinates together for the easiest dinner! I also love to freeze coconut macadamia nut cookie dough so I can include a little sweet treat with the meal. Just add some microwavable rice, and you have a comforting, homemade dinner ready to go.
