This simple dish packs a flavor punch and combines two of my very favorite foods — cheeseburgers and sweet potato fries. In this recipe, we forgo the bun and just load the meat and fixin’s right onto the crispy fries. It’s a party in your mouth!

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
2. Spread 2 (15-oz) bags frozen sweet potato fries out in a single layer on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
3. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 lb ground beef and 1 small diced onion. Break apart the meat and cook until the onion is translucent and the meat is cooked through. Drain the excess grease and add ⅓ cup ketchup, 1 tsp garlic salt, and ½ tsp pepper.
4. For the sauce, combine ½ cup mayo, ¼ cup ketchup, 1 Tbsp mustard, and 1 Tbsp dill relish.
5. For topping, prepare 1 (7-oz) bag chopped butter lettuce, 1 cup quartered grape tomatoes, 1 diced avocado, 1 (18.6-oz) jar chopped pickles, and 1 (8-oz) bag shredded Unexpected Cheddar Cheese.
6. Assemble by piling a helping of sweet potato fries onto a plate. Top with the ground beef mixture, shredded cheese, lettuce, grape tomatoes, avocado, pickles and sauce.
