‘Tis the season for getting sick … which is a bummer when there are so many fun things going on for the holidays! #WalmartPartner There are a few things from @walmart that I keeped stocked at all times.

Tissues, Zarbee’s cough syrup, Aquaphor lip balm, Airborne gummies, and ingredients to make our favorite ‘medicine ball’ drink are all items in my shopping cart on repeat this time of year.

To make the medicine ball, combine 1 cup hot water and 1 cup hot lemonade in a large mug. Add a mint tea bag and a peach tea bag and let steep for a few minutes. Remove the tea bags and drizzle with honey. I know it sounds like a strange combo, but it’s delicious and feels SO good on a sore throat.
