## Caption

Pasta Carbonara is today’s #onestopmeal from Costco. It’s on page 99 in my cookbook, which you can grab at shop.homeandkind.com. This is a family favorite and gets requested frequently, which I’m totally happy about!

• Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook 1 lb of spaghetti until al dente, reserving 1/3 cup starchy water before draining.
• Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook 8 oz of chopped bacon for 6-8 minutes, until crispy.
• Add the drained pasta to a large bowl and toss with 3 egg yolks and 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
• Add the bacon and bacon grease to the bowl with the pasta and toss.
• Add starchy pasta water, stirring gently.
• Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese.
• Serve with a salad kit of choice.
