You’ll find today’s #onestopmeal on page 91 of the Costco One Stop Meals Cookbook. #ad I used my new @KitchenAidUSA Hard Anodized Ceramic Sauté Pan, which was perfect for this Chicken Tikka Masala!

• Add both pouches from the package of Sukhi’s Chicken Tikka Masala to your 3 qt KitchenAid saute pan.
• Add 1 can of coconut milk and 1 can of drained and rinsed garbanzo beans. Stir and heat on medium until warmed through.
• Microwave Bibigo cooked sticky rice in the microwave for 90 seconds each.
• Heat naan in the microwave for 30 seconds on a plate covered with a damp paper towel.
• Serve the Tikka Masala in a bowl over the rice with naan on the side for dipping.

This recipe comes together in under 20 minutes and is a crowd pleaser at our house. The coconut milk adds creaminess and the beans add protein and help stretch the meal even further.
