Have you had Walking Tacos before? It’s basically taco salad in some sort of on-the-go form, and it’s today’s #onestopmeal from Trader Joe’s!

• Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown 1 lb of ground beef. Drain any excess grease.
• Add 1 drained can of pinto beans and break them down so they blend into the meat.
• Stir in 1 cup or frozen roasted corn, 1 Tbsp taco seasoning and 1 Tbs chili lime powder.
• In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup salsa, 1/4 cup milk, and 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning.
• Assemble the walking tacos by layering corn chip dippers, meat mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and the ranch dressing.
