All 3 of these options can be made in advance, stored in the fridge, and heated in the morning for quick and easy prep.

Another great tip I learned is to put hot/boiling water in the food jar for 5 minutes before filling it with food to heat up the interior and keep food hot even longer! It works like a charm and my kids have been loving a warm meal in the middle of their day.
