I’m on a flatbread kick lately so this #onestop meal from Costco really hit the spot!

CARAMELIZED ONION AND POTATO FLATBREAD
• Heat skillet over medium heat and add 2-3 Tbs butter
• Cut an onion in half and thinly slice
• Add onion and salt to skillet
• Slice baby potatoes thin and add to skillet
• Cover and cook until potatoes are tender
• Add naan to a baking sheet and top with sliced mozzarella, onions and potatoes
• Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 min
• Drizzle with balsamic glaze
