It’s another edition of #onestopmeals and this tortellini pesto chicken bowl from Costco is guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser. I know it’s going to be on repeat over here!

The hand pulled rotisserie chicken from Costco is a time-saving game-changer, in case you haven’t discovered it yet. The actual rotisserie chickens are amazing when you’ve got time to pull all the chicken off yourself, but when you don’t, you can grab this package with the meat all ready to go.

The tortellini cooks up quick in 2-3 minutes. While the water is coming to a boil, chop the chicken, tomatoes and mozzarella. Then drain the pasta (see my handy dandy tool for that in stories 👆🏼), add about 2/3 of the container of pesto and about 1/3 of the hand pulled chicken. When that’s heated through, throw in the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella chunks and you’re set.

Swipe left to see what the packaged ingredients look like and SAVE this post to refer back to later for a quick meal idea.

And please tell me you’re as much of a die hard fan of the Kirkland pesto as I am 😋
