Admittedly, I’m not the best at washing bedding, but it should be washed every couple weeks to get rid of allergens, dust mites and germs. We’re showing you how we wash our @beddysbeds today!

🛏 Wash pillows on a hot, gentle cycle in the washing machine
🛏 Dry pillows in the dryer with a clean tennis ball to keep them fluffed
🛏 Wash and dry all bedding, but don’t overfill the washing machine
🛏 Add Lysol sanitizing laundry wash, if you need to sanitize bedding
