💦 DO YOU DRINK ENOUGH WATER??💦 I definitely don’t (unless you count Diet Coke). I was so curious about these liquidiv drink packets I saw at Costco and had to try some. They help you hydrate 2-3 times more efficiently than regular water. Think sports drinks, but with 3x the amount of electrolytes + a bunch of vitamins, without all the sugar.

We’ve been drinking these for the past few weeks and love them! The lemon-lime flavor is my fave. They’re also great for kids, which has been helpful for our end-of-year sports.
