We’re only 2 days out from #stpatricksday! One of our favorite snacks around this holiday is a 🌈 GOLD AT THE END OF THE RAINBOW FRUIT PLATTER🌈. It’s simple to throw together and always a huge hit. It would be fun to take to a party as well.

Yes, my kids always go for the marshmallows and Rolos first 😆 ... but then they devour the fruit as well, so I’m calling it a win.

Since St. Patrick’s Day is on a Sunday this year, this fruit platter would also make a fun addition to your Lucky Charms at breakfast.
