I’ve shared this little #momhack before, but it’s worth sharing again! I’ve got 2 kids with strep right now, which means 40 doses of antibiotics that I need to keep track of for the next couple weeks. Is there any way my #mombrain is going to keep them all straight? Not a chance.

I always take a sharpie and write out all the days we need the medication with a grid for how many doses we need right on the bottle. After I give a dose, I mark it off, and don’t have to try to mentally keep track of it all!

This tip also works great for adult and pet medications.
