THE BEST SOFT SUGAR COOKIES EVER. I’ve been making these since college, and they’re a year-round favorite but are especially perfect for Valentine’s Day.

They’re soft and chewy and even better the next day (if they last that long). I’m sharing two different frosting recipes with you - a buttercream and glaze. Both delicious depending on what you’re in the mood for.
