Read this quote today and it really struck a chord with me. Whether it be spending less money, being more healthy, changing and creating habits, or any other area of self-improvement, it takes time!

We live in a day and age of instant gratification and quick fixes, but that’s just not how most real change and growth happens. It happens slow and steady over time.

So if you’re feeling overwhelmed with finances or other areas you’d like to improve, just decide to stay. Stay committed and stay until the end. And one day, you’ll look back and see how far you’ve come.
