Putting together an after-school snack for your kids doesn’t have to be time-consuming or elaborate. On most days (that I remember to have a snack out) I just throw together a random assortment of food items onto my favorite platter.⁣⁣

But it really does make our afternoons run more smoothly and I can at least somewhat control what things the kids are reaching for when they walk through the door.⁣⁣
