Did you catch our favorite summer dinner recipe I shared for July’s #homegrownpanel? Well, today I’m giving you the Reader’s Digest version of my BBQ Chicken Quesadillas with these BBQ Turkey Quesadillas.⁣

My brother and sister-in-law introduced them to me this summer and we’re officially hooked. I wasn’t sure how the combo of deli turkey and bbq sauce would be, but I’ll go ahead and tell you that it’s amazing.⁣

Just heat up a large skillet, place a tortilla on it and spread with a thin layer of your favorite bbq sauce, add a thin layer of shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, a couple slices of turkey, more cheese, and another tortilla. After the bottom is browned, flip it over and brown the other side, and you’re done! Serve with fruit or veggies for a deliciously simple lunch or dinner.⁣
