MINI TUNA MELTS!! I LOVE how quick this snack is and how easy it comes together. Plus, can we all just agree that pretty much everything is better when it’s bite-size?

If you’re not a tuna fan, this can also be made with canned chicken as well.
•
Simply mix one can of tuna with about 1/4 cup mayo, spoon it onto Ritz crackers and/or sliced cucumbers, top with some shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and broil for a few seconds just until the cheese is melted.
