During our B2B, I had planned to pull some techno / techno house for Stacey. She’s from Detroit, home of techno music, so it only made sense for me to pay homage to her and the people who shaped the genre. This, to me, was such a monumental section in our B2B. Two generations, bridging house & techno, as Black women.

We both had so much fun and I deeply admire Stacey drive and passion in dance music. 

I mostly play house & disco but love experimenting and taking people on a journey. One thing Stacey told me before we got on, was “have fun and play whatever tf you want” 😂💖
