My affirmation I say to myself everyday is, “You deserve to be living - not just surviving.” That’s why I love this quote so much, not just because it’s Keanu Reeves. But when you think about it, this is easier said than done - right?

Life is demanding. Bills to pay, chores to do, got to go to work to pay those bills. We go about our routines, if we have any. Just trying to make it through to the next day - and before we know it days have gone by or months. We have so much on our plates - it can be really fucking hard. It can be exhausting. 

But try to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Every day we are reminded how short life can be. Don’t wake up one day and wonder where life went - do what you can to be living right now. You deserve it ✨
