Roast chicken in Airfryer
Ingredients;
Whole chicken 1.5kg
Brine the chicken overnight 
Ghee/butter 70g
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Food colour 
Kashmiri chilli 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sumac 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masal 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chilli 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Mix herbs 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Marinate for 2-3 hours
