During School Board Appreciation Month, PHS Culinary Arts students and catering staff, Chef Anderson and Mr. Butler had the honor of hosting a delicious catered dinner at the January Board Meeting in recognition of the Palestine ISD Board of Trustees.

From menu planning to preparation and presentation, our students showcased their skills, professionalism, and passion for culinary arts—turning gratitude into an unforgettable dining experience. This special evening was a small way to say thank you to our board members for their leadership, service, and unwavering support of students and staff across Palestine ISD.

We are proud of our Culinary Arts program for creating meaningful, real-world learning opportunities while honoring those who serve our district so faithfully.
