NASA astronaut astro_anil is set to go on his third spacewalk on Tuesday, Aug. 25. He'll team up with ESA (European Space Agency) astronaut soph_astro to finish installing a high-speed communications antenna on the International Space Station. 

Catch the action with our live broadcast starting at 7 a.m. EDT (1100 UTC) on our NASA YouTube channel. The spacewalk is scheduled to begin at around 8:35 a.m. EDT (1235 UTC).

This photo is from Anil's first-ever spacewalk on Aug. 6, 2026. Over nearly six and a half hours, he and fellow NASA astronaut astro_jessica installed hardware to the orbiting laboratory.
