Mixed Berries Hot Honey Biscuit Cups 🫐🌶️🍯

Your new favorite dessert just dropped thanks to these Pillsbury Grands x Mike’s Hot Honey Biscuits. Check the recipe below to make them for yourself 👇

Ingredients:

- 1 can @pillsbury Grands! Poppin’ Flavor Biscuits — Mike’s Hot Honey (8 biscuits, 16.3 oz / 462 g)
- 3 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
- ½ cup brown sugar, divided
- 1 tsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salted butter, melted
- Mike’s Hot Honey, for drizzling
- Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Generously spray each cup of a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3. In a bowl, gently combine the mixed berries with ¼ cup brown sugar, all-purpose flour, melted butter
4. Add about 1 tablespoon of the berry mixture to the bottom of each muffin cup.
5. Cut each of the 8 biscuits into 4 pieces.
6. Toss the biscuit pieces with the remaining ¼ cup brown sugar.
7. Place 4 biscuit pieces on top of the berry mixture in each muffin cup.
8. Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and baked through and the berries are bubbling.
9. Remove the muffin pan from the oven and let the biscuit cups cool in the pan before flipping them. This is important so they can set and hold together without separating.
10. Once cooled, place a large serving platter or tray over the muffin pan. Carefully flip the pan and platter together, then slowly lift the muffin pan away.
11. Finish each biscuit cup with a generous drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey and serve.
