Grant Cardone says Cardone Capital is increasing the Bitcoin allocation tied to its newest Fort Lauderdale real estate project from 350 BTC to 900 BTC.

The project is being marketed as a “10X Fort Lauderdale + Bitcoin Hybrid.”

Last week, Grant Cardone said Cardone Capital added 350 BTC to the deal.

This is the idea:
✅ Cash-flowing real estate
✅ Bitcoin on the balance sheet providing long-term upside
✅ One investment vehicle combining both

Cardone called this a “Real Estate Bitcoin Hybrid,” pairing a Fort Lauderdale property with 900 BTC as part of the strategy.

The model combines a 350-unit luxury apartment asset in Fort Lauderdale with a target Bitcoin allocation as part of a dual-asset strategy.

In other words 👉 Real estate cash flow is being paired with Bitcoin exposure inside the same investment vehicle.

That matters because this is not the standard corporate treasury playbook.

This isn't just a public company buying Bitcoin for its balance sheet.

Income-producing real estate is being used as a foundation for a Bitcoin-linked investment strategy.

This is still a target allocation, and final terms matter, but the direction is clear.

The Bitcoin treasury playbook keeps moving beyond public companies, ETFs, and miners.

Now it is moving into real estate finance.
