Across the world, oceans are being pushed to the brink by pollution, destructive industrial fishing and overfishing, the looming threat of deep sea mining and fossil-fuelled climate change.

Plastics are made from fossil fuels, and production doubled from 2000 to 2019. It could TRIPLE by 2050 if industry has its way.

We know what works: give the ocean real protection and the space to recover. We have a once-in-a-generation chance to turn the tide.
