if only this actually took 18 seconds instead of almost 3 hours hahaha

had a quality long run on the schedule today:
first 5 easy, 8 steady in the middle, then 5 easy to finish!!

I loveee breaking up long runs like this. it makes the miles fly by, gives me something to focus on, and somehow makes 18 miles feel way more manageable.
