Indoor cookout Ep. 2: Oven-baked Beef ribs (recipe below)
2 racks beef back ribs 
1 tbsp garlic powder 
1 tbsp paprika 
1 tbsp black pepper 
1 tbsp beef bouillon powder 
1/4 cup mustard 
1/4 cup ketchup 
Sprinkle with salt 
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
Brush with BBQ sauce and top with 6 tbsp of unsalted butter 
Bake at 425 degrees for 3 hrs (with 3 cups of water in separate container) 
Broil on high for 3 mins
