Yoo Youngkuk​
A pioneer of Korean abstraction who translated the mountains and color of his home into bold geometric form, decades before abstraction was widely embraced in Korea! ​

Kim Whanki​
The artist RM fell for first out of all those he belatedly discovered. Kim’s signature blue, built from thousands of individually painted dots, reflects his engagement with international abstraction while retaining a distinctly Korean sensibility rooted in nostalgia and meditative repetition.​
