My last few days in Turkey 🇹🇷❤️

I’ll always love coming back home. Every time I’m here, I get to explore a little more of my culture, connect with the people, see more of this beautiful country and remind myself just how much of a blessing it is to have these roots.

But this trip reminded me of something else too… confidence changes the way you experience life.

So many women go on holiday and spend half of it hiding.

Hiding their bodies.
Avoiding certain outfits.
Not wanting to be in the photos.
Worrying about how they look instead of actually enjoying where they are.

This time, I enjoyed every bloody moment. 😂❤️

I wore what I wanted. I felt confident. I took the pictures. I enjoyed the food, the places, the people and the memories.

And yes… I even enjoyed catching people looking at me 😂 because sometimes I genuinely forget how far I’ve come.

It reminded me that the woman I am today didn’t happen by accident.

I worked for her.

Not just physically, but mentally.

And standing there feeling completely comfortable being ME made me realise how grateful I actually am.

Grateful for my body.
Grateful for my strength.
Grateful for my family.
Grateful for my surroundings.
Grateful for my clients.
Grateful for every lesson — even the difficult ones.

Most importantly, I’m grateful to be me. ❤️

Because confidence isn’t about having the “perfect” body.

It’s about getting to a place where you stop missing out on your own life because you’re worried about what you look like.

And THAT is something I want every woman I coach to experience.
